Skorka Architects specialize in architectural design of public institutions, complex communication compounds and educational campuses. We are determined to make our organization and website accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities and/or those who rely on assistive technologies in order to use a computer to promote equal rights and transparency.
What is an Accessible Website
Accessible websites allow the disabled community to enjoy an equally comprehensive and efficient experience while visiting a webpage compared to other visitors, by leveraging the capabilities of the system on which it operates as well as designated assistive technologies.
Accessibility Adjustments to the Website
The accessibility adjustments to our website were made in accordance with mark C: Internet services in the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (service accessibility adjustments) 2013, to the Israeli standard TI 5568 based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines/ The website was made accessible to level AA and is subject to the changes and adjustments made in the Israeli standard document.
The site supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen reading software, keyboard-only browsing relying on the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to navigate between links, the arrow keys, the Enter key to select, the Esc key to exit menus and windows.
